Situated in South Melbourne we are in the ideal location to service the Bayside, Inner Urban and City Fringe Owners Corporations market.  We can provide state of the art facilities to attend and chair Annual General Meetings, plus with access to all main arterials, we are also in a great position to supervise and review contractors on site.

Experience
Our Owners Corporations team is headed by Peter Davies who has over 20 years management experience.  He and his team can handle properties of any size or style from small apartment blocks to commercial complexes and large mixed use sites. 

Relationships
At Dixon Kestles we foster strong relationships with Owners Corporations members based on access to a variety of industry specialists for expert advice, guidance, and opinion on matters such as engineering, legal matters and building defects.  These specialists are renowned throughout the industry, maintain current and best practice approaches and are involved in these types of matters on a daily basis. 

We also use a systematic approach that involves ‘getting to know the intricacies of each property’ and understanding the individual needs of both the building/s and the Owners Corporation.

Knowledge
Our team all has an in-depth understanding of the Subdivision (Body Corporate) Regulations 2001 and the Owners Corporation Act 2006 and their application. We hold Membership of The Owners Corporations Victoria Inc. and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.  We also provide our staff with an on-going commitment to training and education through both of the above institutes.
Dixon Kestles also uses ‘state of the art’ computer systems and procedures to ensure the maintenance of thorough and correct financial records.
