Dixon Kestles’ company director, John Pratt, has been involved in the real estate industry since 1967. A fully licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer, he has been with the company since 1975. John’s approach to real estate is a simple and powerful one – to treat each property as if it’s his own. John is well known and highly respected across the industry.

He has an exceptional knowledge of the Victorian property market, particularly South Melbourne and surrounds. His reputation is such that his opinion is regularly sought by industry professionals and publications wanting an expert opinion on real estate issues. John is engaged and hands-on leaders and plays an active role across all divisions at Dixon Kestles. He manages an extensive list of properties for sale and lease and is known for always having his finger on the pulse regarding all aspects of the business. John has acted as Chairman of the Arbitration and Professional Standards Panel of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) since 1990.
