Madeleine Withers

Working in property since 2010, Madeleine’s experience in property Sales, Management, Business Development, Administration, Trust Accounting, and Office Management is extensive.  She has completed Certificate IV in Property Services and is capable of assisting and advising Dixon Kestles clients across all aspects of property.

Throughout her career, Madeleine has demonstrated a keen eye for detail, consistently overseeing the day-to-day operations of owners corporations under her management with meticulous precision. From budget planning and financial management to maintenance coordination and dispute resolution, she navigates the intricate landscape of owners corporations with finesse and enjoys a productive AGM.

Madeleine has a friendly and passionate demeanour and has won awards for her Customer Service and Administration.  She prides herself on the relationship she has with her clients which is based on timely and courteous communication.
