Murray Slangen

Murray has worked in the Strata Management industry for nearly 10 years. He has continually and successfully managed a large and vibrant portfolio of properties of different sized properties from three lots right up to large multiple Owners Corporations with 650 lots. His drive to succeed and attention to detail ensures that all his properties receive a thorough and timely service.

Murray has a proven sound knowledge of Plans of Subdivision and the interpretation of them along with an extensive knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act & Owners Corporation Regulations. Murray is also currently a Board Member of Strata Community (VIC) Association, the peak industry body for Owners Corporation Managers, and is a Certified Strata Community Manager (CSCM).
